I'm an author who happens to also have spent my working life in technology, which turns out to be a useful combination.

The mission is simple: take what's normally locked behind technical know-how and make it genuinely accessible to the writers who need it most.

The brand voice you'll hear across the site is warm, patient, and occasionally a bit cheeky. There's no shame in not knowing something.

There's no such thing as a question too basic. And there's a real person behind every email.
