What I Believe

There's a moment most writers know well. You've got the story. You've got the voice. You've got the words ready to go — and then someone mentions metadata, or mailing list automation, or why your book cover isn't uploading properly, and suddenly you're wondering if you missed a memo somewhere.

Tech Savvy Writers exists for that moment.

What I Do

I'm an author who happens to also have spent my working life in technology, which turns out to be a useful combination.

The mission is simple: take what's normally locked behind technical know-how and make it genuinely accessible to the writers who need it most.

The brand voice you'll hear across the site is warm, patient, and occasionally a bit cheeky. There's no shame in not knowing something.

There's no such thing as a question too basic. And there's a real person behind every email.

Everything I make follows the same rule: if it isn't actually useful to a working writer, it doesn't ship. No filler, no fluff, no "ultimate guides" that turn out to be three paragraphs and a sales pitch.

Just simple tech, explained well, by people who get it.
